Return Policy

Time frame:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for orders placed outside promotional or sale periods.
Non-Returnable Products:
To maintain our commitment to fair pricing and premium quality while operating on minimal margins, all sale and promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Condition of Products:
Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to share clear images and an unboxing video via our website or registered email to initiate review and assistance.

Return Charges & Refunds

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (up to Rs.250) are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed in the following manner:
* Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method or as BEOM Store Credit.
* COD Orders: Refund will be issued as BEOM Store Credit only.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed. The refund amount will be credited within 15 working days from the date of approval to the original payment method or BEOM Store Credit

Exchange Policy

Time frame:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, applicable only on orders placed outside sale or promotional periods.

Eligibility:
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Price Difference in Exchanges:
* If the exchanged item is priced higher than the original product, the price difference must be paid in advance via prepaid method.
* If the exchanged item is priced lower, the balance amount will be credited as BEOM Store Credit for future purchases.


In case the requested exchange product is unavailable, the product amount will be refunded to your BEOM Store Credit, based on order type.

Products purchased at the ₹999 price point, including coord sets and other selected items, are considered final sale items. These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or product.

Multiple Exchange Requests:

Customers are eligible for one exchange per order. If an exchange is requested more than once for the same order, the customer will be required to bear the applicable delivery charges. In such cases, BEOM reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from the refundable amount and issue the remaining balance as Store Credit.

Exchange & Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@beomcommerce.com or reach out via WhatsApp at +91-7428085731 with your Order ID and request details. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 working hours, subject to service availability in your area.
Step 3: Packaging
Kindly ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Proper packaging helps us process your request faster.
Step 4: Product Condition
All items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products failing the quality check may not qualify for return or exchange.
Step 5: Quality Check & Processing
After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality inspection. Once approved, your exchange will be processed or your refund will be issued as BEOM Store Credit/Voucher within 10–15 business days.

However, as we operate on very thin margins to keep our pricing fair and accessible, multiple exchange requests may require applicable delivery charges to be borne by the customer.
